*A HMP is a service that provides you four (4) quarterly service visits, where we schedule and complete up to five (5) elected services.
*The HMP is very complex, to be able to meet all of our clients needs, but at the same time very flexible, in that you can substitute elected services for what ever your needs are at the time of service.
